Ok watched the videos, some nasty crashes there Robyn. The last thing that we would want to see is for you to crash again and do more damage to your neck, ( Re Darren Sailard ). Anyway good luck with your comeback, and buy yourself the BEST HANNS neck restraint you can get.

Hi Hunter, Robyn here. Thanks for the encouragement. And no, I'm not rushing back into racing.
Actually those 2 crashes in the Sprintcar didn't hurt at all. It wasn't until I got in a go-kart that I did the damage (no head support at all, and I hadn't raced for quite a while).
I have purchased a Leatt brace for the go-kart racing, which gives 360 degrees head support in an impact, and we are going to try the new Hutchens R3 with a wrap around seat in the Sprintcar/AMCA.
Of course I'm building up my strength as well. We'll just have to see how we go.

Keep at the fittness bit you need every thing going for you when you return to the sprintcars, maybee we may see you down at PCR in the future. Iam sure that sometime next season we will be heading north to BIS to race in some of your big races now that 410s are legal up there. good luck.

Robyn please use the hans device my mate Lance Baynton is lucky to be alive thanks to to using something else (hutchins device) and can't race ever again and im sure your doing plenty of neck exercises, see you at the races

Thanks guys for the advice and the encouragement.
I've just ordered a HANS device because I had too much trouble trying to order an R3 online. I feel a lot happier about the HANS though. All we need now is the you-beaut wrap-around seat (this is all costing a fortune! - but well worth it).
I'm off now to do some more training. See yas!
